SNOW REMOVAL

Landgreen Lawncare is very excited to offer residential snow blowing for residents living in Traverse City. Our large tractors with inverse blowers can quickly and efficiently clear your drive all winter long. No more damaged lawn or huge snow piles that a typical plow truck creates. Your drive will be cleared once there is 2″ of accumulation or more. Generally, we work from 3am to 9am but will occasionally begin our route during the afternoon if a large storm is upon us. All drives are staked prior to winter ET Lawn Care LLC.

We offer a flat-rate payment for our service. The flat rate allows for easy budgeting. You know exactly what your bill will be each month no matter how much it snows.

SNOWPLOWING

If you have a driveway, parking lot, private road, or condo association we’ll keep it clean all winter for you.

For businesses, we can customize a snowplowing agreement with details such as time of plowing, at what depth to begin plowing, when to apply salt, shovel sidewalks if necessary, etc. Snowfall does not follow a schedule so we are ready to service properties around the clock. All lots are staked to avoid property damage.

Subdivisions and private roads receive a high degree of attention. Occasionally the roadway will need to be plowed when drifting or a warmup creates slush. We’re there to make sure it’s scraped before it the slush freezes and creates a rutted and rough road surface. All roadways are staked to avoid damage to homeowner lawns.

We plow driveways throughout the Traverse City area. Our rates are affordable and can invoice per time or a flat rate.
